Housing has long been an issue in Guthrie Center.  Many times the Guthrie Center Development Board has heard, "There is no place to build in Guthrie Center."  In direct response to this the Guthrie Center Utility Board is developing a residential housing area.  Please go to the Housing tab for more details!
