Utility Board meets the Wednesday following the first Council meeting of the month at 5 p.m. at City Hall.

	Budget Billing Policy
	Budget - Automatic Withdrawal Form - for those banking at Guthrie County State Bank
	Budget - Automatic Withdrawal Form - for those bank other than at Guthrie County State Bank
	Autowithdrawal Form - for those banking at any institution who pay the full amount of the monthly bill each month
